Overview:
ACS Professional Staffing is looking for an enthusiastic employee to join our team. The Recruiter position will be responsible for developing and executing recruiting strategies to identify and secure top talent for open positions across various geographies. This position will manage the candidate tracking process and use different tools, practices, and applicant tracking systems to source, screen, and evaluate candidates. Building strong relationships with candidates through excellent customer service is key. This is a hybrid position located in Vancouver, WA.
*This position requires a candidate who can work from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. In addition, an in-office presence is expected for the first 90 days, and then the expectation will transition to a Hybrid work schedule of a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.
Pay range: $55K - $65K base salary DOE uncapped commission
